TALO CICCARELLO
I'm Talo Ciccarello from East Haddam, CT. During my time at Nathan Hale Ray High School, I scored over 1,000 career points and earned All-State honors while averaging 25 points per game as a senior. In my junior year, I joined the cross country team and helped lead them to their first state championship in years also earning All-State recognition.
I reached my goal of playing college basketball at Gordon College (Division III). While my college career didn't unfold exactly as I'd hoped, those experiences taught me invaluable lessons about resilience, hard work, and what it truly takes to succeed at the next level. Now, my mission is to use everything Ive learned both from my successes and setbacks to help young athletes achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
I'm constantly learning studying the game, engaging with research, and testing new ideas to better understand how athletes develop skills, confidence, and decision-making. When I learn something new, I work to apply it thoughtfully, evaluate its effectiveness, and refine my approach rather than blindly following trends.
